Before Adroit: Experience and Ambition

Before joining Adroit, Jackline held a diploma and was working as a steward with another cleaning company. When the client transitioned to Adroit Facilities, she was onboarded into the team — a moment that opened the door to new possibilities.

Jackline joined Adroit on February 1, 2018, and was immediately drawn to the company’s positive work culture and supportive management.

My first impression was that I would grow in my career because of the management support and positive work culture.

Growing in Confidence and Professionalism

Jackline’s ambition and drive were quickly recognized. She was promoted to Administrative Assistant and seconded to our client, Daimler Truck. In this role, she further developed leadership skills, resilience, and strong communication abilities.

Her financial stability improved, and she gained the discipline and confidence that prepared her for greater opportunities.

Career Progression Beyond Adroit

The skills and experience Jackline gained at Adroit became the foundation for her continued career growth.

She went on to work with WWF International, and later joined Accor under the Fairmont Brand, where she progressed into leadership roles within People & Culture. Today, she serves as a Cluster People & Culture Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts — a testament to her dedication and the strong foundation she built at Adroit.

I am now an HR Manager in a luxury hotel, which reflects so much on how far I have come and grown in my career.

With the improved income, Jackline progressed with her studies and is now a Full Member of IHRM and holds a CHRP‑K Certification for HR professionals.

Creating Impact Beyond the Workplace

Jackline’s growth has had a meaningful impact on her personal life, improving her financial stability, confidence, and overall quality of life.

Everything improved significantly.

She also contributes to community development through CSR initiatives and continues to support others in their growth journeys.

Looking Ahead: Continuing to Grow

Jackline is preparing to pursue a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior at the University of East London beginning June 2026.
