What our people say about us

I have been working with Adroit Facilities Limited since 2016, and this journey has truly transformed my life. AFL has been more than just a place of work — it has been a source of stability, dignity, and growth. Through the opportunity and support provided, I have been able to raise my two daughters on my own, provide for them, and give them a better future. AFL values people, empowers women, and creates real impact beyond the workplace. I am proud to be part of an organization that genuinely uplifts lives and stands for dignified work.

Alice (2016-current)

Management

I am a graduate in Bachelor of Education Arts working as a steward at AFL. AFL is an excellence-oriented company. The management and the whole AFL team have forged a culture that works towards producing perfect and top-notch services. The AFL team is more than workmates and the office, more than a working place, it’s a family and home. The support the extend and environment they create, make it enjoyable to work here.

Being my first employer AFL has helped me acquire skills like attention to details, being observant, patience, teamwork, leadership, diligence, integrity and creativity. Above all they have exposed me to the corporate world and are preparing me for my next role. AFL has also improved my standards of living by paying us more than other companies in the same industry. For this, I am really grateful.

HSK Department

I joined the AFL family in 2019 and passed through good training in housekeeping and eventually, came out of with my housekeeping certificate and also was granted a job as they had promised. I worked in a corporate environment till February 2025, when I got greener pastures with the MKOPA family as a customer service representative, I had to send my goodbyes to the AFL family.

I appreciate the lessons I learnt, AFL’s kindness, resilience, forgiveness and love of God in them. AFL has been of great impact in my life. The courage, the hospitality and customer service skills I have all acquired in AFL and I am humbled. Thank you, AFL family!!

Gladys, Former staff (2019-2025)

HSK Department

As an employee of AFL, I love the innovative culture and growth opportunities available. The team supported me in developing new skills and I am proud of the impact we made. I wish to thank Cipla where I have been working since 2022, for sharpening my skills by adding more tasks that have made me learn about storekeeping and stock management.

With these added duties, they also added my salary which has had a significant impact in my life. Cipla treats me as one of their staff and I thank them for being inclusive and making the working environment for us very conducive. I highly recommend AFL as a great place to work.
