Since our beginnings in 2015, Adroit has grown from a small, determined team into a trusted partner for organisations across the region. Along the way we have earned recognition for our service excellence, including being named the Best Outsourced Facilities Management Company Kenya Real Estate Excellence Awards for more than 4 years with numerous other nominations— a milestone that speaks to the hard work and integrity of our people. These achievements belong to every member of the Adroit family and to the clients who have placed their trust in us.

Your contracts and partnerships have been central to that growth — by meeting the minimum wage standards you helped ensure fair pay for over 500 young women and men employed in AFL over the last decade. To those clients who have gone further and paid above the minimum wage, thank you for valuing the dignity and well being of the teams who serve you.
