Duties:

1. Managing the day to day operations of the office.

2. Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and welcoming and directing visitors.

3. Managing calendars of senior team members and bosses.

4. Managing travel and accommodation for staff and guests

5. Booking and managing meetings.

6. Managing office stationery

7. Mail and courier management.

8. Vendor management  and coordination

9. Coordinating office activities

 

Requirements:
  • Degree or Higher diploma in Business Management
  • 2 years Experience in similar field
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office esp Excel & Word
  • Good computer Skills
  • Articulate and well presented.
